We ship to the lower 48 US states and 10 Canadian provinces. We do not ship to AK, HI, US Territories, or Canadian Territories.We ship via Fedex Ground with optional signature requirement. Packages deliver in 2-5 working days. We do not offer expedited shipping. If you are not home at the time of delivery, Fedex will leave the package at your door. You can also request Fedex to hold the package at a nearby location.Shipments to Canada are DDP (Delivered duty paid) which are calculated during checkout.Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or returned packages, however we will do our best to provide you with assistance. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders for in-stock items are processed automatically and cannot be altered or canceled once placed. Pre-orders and backorders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it ships. Please contact us at support@akronstreet.com.
Returns
US orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Orders to Canada are final sale.Returns are subject to a flat 12% return fee. Items must be in brand new condition. All parts and instructions must be complete and packed in its original packaging. Items in non-original packaging are not eligible for return. Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged or defective items may be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Please send the following pictures to support@akronstreet.com. We won’t be able to process your request without all of the required images:
