2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTYAkron Street (Hyll LLC) provides a limited warranty for manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to defects in workmanship and materials that compromise the structural integrity of the product and prevent its reasonable use. Akron Street is solely responsible for the determination of such defects.This warranty does not cover the following:• Minor wood grain and color variations.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Natural aging of the finish.
• Damage to the finish due to use, including but not limited to water marks, heat marks, and scratches.
• Exposure to outdoor or non-climate controlled conditions.
• Wood splits under 6” in length.
• Non-residential use.Please submit proof of purchase along with written and photographic documentation of the issue for our review.Akron Street shall provide support in the form of repair or replacement of parts at no charge to the buyer. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent buyers.
